Additional Notes:

Overall inside and out the unit looked to be in good condition.
There were no keys available at the time of the inspection.
There was no power to test any electrical items, no propane in tank and no generator present.
The inspector could not test the slide outs due to no power, so he could not get access to the front portion of the RV to inspect for water damage.
The inspector saw some damage on the right front side of the roof. It was taped up and had some plastic over it, see pictures.
The inspector did not feel comfortable walking on the roof so he could not get a picture from the topside.
When walking into the RV, the first couple steps at the side door the floor felt a little saggy (at entrance-right rear).
Inside of the RV it did not smell musty at all.
The inspector did see a lot of indication that mice or rodents may have be present in there with droppings and things of that nature.
