We have always done everything in our power to keep your confidential information secure and safe; however, last week a customer brought something to our attention.

He called to order an inspection and stated that he was placing the order online and when he got to the point where he was entering his payment information, he noticed that the URL did not seem secure.    I would like to assure you that our site has always been secure.  Our payment gateway is provided by a third-party credit card processing service who has their own SSL and security measures in place.  In response to our site seeming unsecured, we have made some upgrades to our site security. 

  • • We have always used SSL certificates on pages where sensitive data is transmitted.  This week we have secured our entire site using SSL technology.
  • • We have installed McAfee site advisor which monitors our site for security issues, phishing attempts, malware, and other malicious things.
